Roof & Components:
- Visually assess the roof for any damage such as missing, loose, cracked, curled, or any other damage to shingles, tile, or roofing materials.
- Inspect all roofing components & check for any loose or damaged flashings.
- Inform property owner of any problem areas that need immediate attention &/or temporary repairs.

Gutter System:
- Assess for any physical damage such as holes, cracks, or dents.
- Confirm gutters are fastened, secure & not sagging or pulling away due to broken hangers or attachments.
- Notate any debris build-up, blockages, standing water, or drainage issues.

Trim - Eaves, Fascia, Soffit:
- Assess and notate any trim that is loose, missing, or damaged.

Siding / Stucco:
- Visually assess all elevations of property to check for any damage to stucco or other siding materials.

Windows:
- Inspect windows for any cracked, loose, or damaged window panes, frames, or weather-stripping.
- Notate any damage to screens or hurricane shutters.

Exterior Painting Damage:
- Inspect any exterior painting for damages that look to be caused from the storm.

Other Exterior Structures & Landscaping:
- Decks, fencing, & docks.
- Out-buildings: pool enclosures, gazebos, sheds, & detached garages.
- Docks & boat lifts.
- Landscaping & exterior furniture.

Interior - Ceiling & Attic:
- Assess ceilings for leaks, staining, or moisture residue on light fixtures.
- Attics - Upon request, we will inspect your attic & try to locate any active leaks, potential issues, or any visible mold (attic must be easily accessible in order to inspect).

HVAC Component Damage & Loose Utility Lines/Cables:
- Inspect AC unit and any other HVAC components for storm related damage.
- Determine if any utility lines or cables have become loose, dislocated, or damaged.

Homeowner Request:
- We would be happy to inspect anything else per your request that may not be part of our standard Shield 10-Point Inspection.
