    Shield Construction can help guide you with filing a new claim as well as assist in negotiating a proper settlement in the event that you have already received an unjust claim settlement.?

    Scope-Of-Work / Estimate


    If applicable, we will review & compare your initial insurance settlement / scope-of-work with ours in order to determine any missing coverage (taking into account all of Florida's building codes, matching laws, & other regulations), then provide your insurance company with our: detailed scope-of-work, estimate, photos, documentation, & an explanation that justifies the corrective course of action necessary to restore your property the right way.

    Legal Representation


    In the event that your insurance company is still not willing to provide a fair settlement we can assist with legal representation. Shield Construction has partnered with the most experienced claims attorneys in the industry to fight on your behalf. Also all attorneys we work with are 100% performance based.?

    Build Contract


    Once we get your settlement revised properly & the project funded, we will all agree to the amount, scope-of-work, materials, & execute the build contract.

    Construction


    • Permits: Make sure all necessary permits are pulled and schedule material delivery.
    • Project Management: Daily project management and quality control from start to finish by both your dedicated project manager and onsite foreman.
    • Communication: Your dedicated project manager will be your single point of contact to ensure smooth communication and a seamless workflow.
    • Safety: Safety is critical to a productive and healthy work environment. That is why our staff and crews are trained to follow the strictest safety regulations following or even surpassing all OSHA requirements.
    • Code Enforcement Inspections: Schedule and attend all required building department progress inspections.
    • Protection: Each day your crew will take the appropriate steps to protect residents, landscaping, and buildings.
    • Cleanliness: Continual ground inspection and daily debris removal is our regular practice to keep your site safe, tidy, and limit aesthetic disruptions while work is in progress.
    • Final Inspection: Perform a final inspection to confirm all work was completed to our standards as well as address any punch-list items.
